Changed your mind and don't want to keep the product you have bought? You can return it without giving a reason, and you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to make this decision.
What's more, we give you the opportunity to test the steel for 14 days from receiving your delivery. If you are unhappy with the baking results, you can still return the used steel to us.
How to make a return?
- Write to us about your request to return the goods at [email protected]. The message should contain:
- First and last name
- Order number
- A list of the products to be returned
- The bank account number to which we are supposed to make the refund
- Pack the returned products. If you have the original package in which your order arrived from us then it is best to reuse it. Just remember that old shipping labels need to be peeled off or covered/blurred. However, if you do not have the original cardboard box, secure the return so that it is not damaged in transit. You do not need to enclose a proof of purchase with your parcel.

The cost of shipping the returned goods is covered by the buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
- You will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days counted from the date of sending us information about withdrawal from the agreement. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified in the message.

Complaints
You can make a claim before the expiry of 2 years from the date of receiving your order.
How to make a complaint?
- Write to us about your request to make a complaint about the goods at [email protected]. The message should contain:
- First and last name
- Order number
- Name of the product in which the complaint is concerning
- A short description of the reason for the complaint
- A photo showing the defect complained about
- The complaint will be considered within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your complaint. If the complaint is justified, we will replace the defective product with a defect-free one, remove the defect, reduce or refund the entire price paid.
