Rectangular pizza steel with dimensions 380 x 350 x 6 mm and a weight of 6,2 kg.
6 mm steel takes slightly less time to heat up compared to 8 mm, but accumulates less heat, so it is ideal for baking up to 2 pizzas at a time and occasionally more, while if you plan to bake more than 2 pizzas, 8 mm steel is ideal.

The steel heats up to 350°C in about 30 min in a home oven.
