You can return it without giving a reason, and you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to make this decision.&nbsp;<br>What's more, we give you the opportunity to test the steel for 14 days from receiving your delivery. If you are unhappy with the baking results, you can still return the used steel to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to make a return?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write to us about your request to return the goods at <a href=\"mailto:shop@pizzarrs.com\">shop@pizzarrs.com<\/a>. The message should contain:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of the products to be returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bank account number to which we are supposed to make the refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Pack the returned products. If you have the original package in which your order arrived from us then it is best to reuse it. Just remember that old shipping labels need to be peeled off or covered\/blurred. However, if you do not have the original cardboard box, secure the return so that it is not damaged in transit.
